When I created this project and the first failure to illuminate (2010) my intent was to create a refuse - a place of strength in light of the challenges and dark times that we sometimes face. I started working on the sounds for this project in 2018 and continued working on them until their release. I could not have anticipated the isolating darkness 2020 would present to us but it became a fitting setting for finalizing this project. These are the sounds I resonated most with on a core level and I've found myself coming back here in restoration. It is my hope that you may find something here that you can take with you
